I’m a student and have been working in the Marketing and sales department as a communication assistant since October 2020.
CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CURRENT POSITION AT R&D?
During my studies, I had the chance to join R&D Technology as a student in the communications and marketing division. My main activities are related to company communications such as the layout of an in-house magazine, various communication supports, etc. I also help the Marketing department in some of its tasks related to the company’s website, which is very rewarding, because it allows me to discover the company’s communication from all angles.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE EVOLUTION OF R&D OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS?
Having been an intern with the company in 2018, I’ve been able to observe a very significant evolution in the company. It used to have about 30 employees in its buildings, but now it has a new building with about 60 employees. R&D Technology has been able to adapt, modernise and set up various mechanisms to better understand this upswing, which, in my opinion, has only just begun.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOTIVATIONS FOR WORKING AT R&D?
The values of the company, the work environment offered by R&D Technology, the assignments I was given, the use of various Adobe suite software, but also the opportunity to put my theoretical knowledge into practice, which prepared me as well as possible to enter the working world.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE WORK ATMOSPHERE AT R&D?
The atmosphere at work is really pleasant. I’m lucky to have colleagues and a tutor who are very attentive. This allows me to carry out my work under the best conditions.
HOW DO YOU SEE THE FUTURE OF R&D?
R&D Technology has acquired real know-how in various fields, innovation being part of its DNA. I see a growing company which is establishing itself in its market.
As it develops, communications are becoming increasingly numerous and are leading us constantly to evolve our marketing and commercial strategy.
WHAT IS FOR YOU THE MAIN ARGUMENT TO JOIN R&D TECHNOLOGY?
