In addition to having a rewarding job, I’ve found my place in the great family that is R&D.
ARRIVAL
Since my arrival in January 2020, I’ve held the position of Technical Secretary for the pharmaceutical series assembly workshop.
CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CURRENT POSITION AT R&D?
My main function is to manage the various administrative tasks related to the pharmaceutical series production division. From production to shipping, my role is to prepare the documents necessary for the assembly of the systems, their final tests and their delivery. On top of that, you have to manage the shipment of spare parts, so it’s a very diverse job!
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE EVOLUTION OF R&D OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS?
R&D is a company that never stops evolving. From the time I arrived until today, I’ve seen our growing business bring many new people to our team, and we haven’t yet stopped growing.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOTIVATIONS FOR WORKING AT R&D?
I’m fortunate to have found at R&D a job in which I am flourishing day by day. It’s a job that brings me a lot, both professionally and on a human level. I’m always learning in my work and in my relationships. This is very satisfying.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE WORK ATMOSPHERE AT R&D?
The word that best describes the atmosphere at R&D is conviviality. We work in a great environment, and this has a very positive impact on everyone’s state of mind.
HOW DO YOU SEE THE FUTURE OF R&D?
Considering the speed at which the company is evolving, I can imagine us moving to a football stadium in a few years to have the space needed for the production of our machines.
WHAT IS FOR YOU THE MAIN ARGUMENT TO JOIN R&D TECHNOLOGY?
If you want to join a growing company and a dynamic team, you’ll be happy at R&D!
