CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CURRENT POSITION AT R&D?
My past experience and my knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry led me to supervise mechanical design in the design department. My role is to pass on my knowledge to this team and to guarantee the successful execution of designs to satisfy the requirements of our customers in such a special environment.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE EVOLUTION OF R&D OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS?
Thanks to its innovative solutions, R&D Technology has been able to gain the loyalty of long-standing customers and the trust of new companies. This has allowed us to expand our activities by offering the series production of equipment. Victims of our own success, we’ve had to build new premises and hire new employees.
WHAT ARE YOUR MOTIVATIONS FOR WORKING AT R&D?
Days follow each other but are not the same. Each day is a new challenge where routine has no time to settle in.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE WORK ATMOSPHERE AT R&D?
The young and dynamic RDTeam is united and has a positive attitude. This creates a pleasant working environment!

Innovation is one of the company’s core values. Well, it’s important to constantly reinvent yourself. This means controlling and developing our current activities, but also diversifying to offer new ones to our customers.
