ARRIVAL

I joined R&D Technology in 2004 as a subcontractor, and I joined the team in 2007.

  • Electromechanic from 2004 to 2008
  • Assembly Manager from 2008 to 2020
  • Manager, Special Machinery from 2020 to today

CAN YOU DESCRIBE YOUR CURRENT POSITION AT R&D?

I’m responsible for the Special Machinery Assembly department. My role is to organise the planning and the work of the mechanical and electrical fitters, as well as to be their technical support in case of difficulties during assembly. I also have to impart a good dynamic to the whole team.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE EVOLUTION OF R&D OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS?

R&D Technology is a company that has kept a human approach and a family spirit.

WHAT ARE YOUR MOTIVATIONS FOR WORKING AT R&D?

I always feel a desire to deepen my technical knowledge.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE WORK ATMOSPHERE AT R&D?

R&D is a bit like a second family where kindness, mutual aid and support reign. We usually celebrate our victories together, and the opening of our building was a highlight for me.

WHAT IS FOR YOU THE MAIN ARGUMENT TO JOIN R&D TECHNOLOGY?

I’m very optimistic for the future and wish R&D Technology every success. It’s a company with a great potential, and one that will turn more towards the international market and towards more series production of machinery, while keeping its special machinery development focus, which is above all our core business.
