Need
Design and manufacture of equipment for cutting the corners of the A4 frame and turning the lips over for welding

- Digital manipulator with 3 grippers

- Discharge conveyor with stock management for degraded mode
Features
- Picking up and setting down frames at the various stations using the digital manipulator
- Discharge on a double conveyor with a second manipulator for distribution on these two conveyors
- At the end of the conveyor, the frames are placed on the production line by means of a gripper

Our solution
This custom-built, automatically fed equipment transfers A4 frames to different stations for corner-cutting and lip-turning operations. The frames are then discharged onto a “smart” conveyor allowing production management and transfer to the downstream production line.
