In the context of the Covid-19 health crisis, our client wanted to increase its PCR wafer production capacity using robots.

For maximum efficiency, the first robot dispenses the components, while the second one applies the adhesive. A two-step process, our solution allows the adhesive to be applied to a piece while the previous one is curing. The equipment also has an automatic label dispenser and handles boxing of the finished PCR wafers.
