Assemble & Check
To automate the assembly of our customer’s product, we developed a special turntable which automatically distributes the components by means of bowl feeders.
The two components are assembled on a turntable mounted on a mechanical indexer and then monitored by camera to ensure correct assembly of the parts and to detect injection defects in the flexible membrane. Finally, compliant parts are discharged in bulk.
